39 weeks Pregnant with Lyza the morning we started the induction. I still maintain i was atleast 40-41 weeks. No doubt in my mind. My brother who works in family practice told me he hadn't seen a woman that pregnant ever. I've never been more fatigued in my whole life.

Just a belly comparison: 4 weeks before Van was born is the last picture we took of me.

I really don't know what we have done differently this time but Lyza is a big girl. Van was such a scrawny dude for so long and still is. Lyza has been a great baby though. She fell into a sleeping and eating pattern really quickly, and our pediatrician calls her an over-achiever. Every time we have taken her in she has already gained a healthy amount of weight. Here is the breakdown:
2 weeks- Lyza:9 lb 6 oz Van: 7 lb 3 oz
2 months- Lyza:13 lb 4 oz Van: 8 lb 15 oz
Lyza was bigger at birth than Van was at his 2 month visit.
4 months...stay posted, we are guessing around 16 pounds.

At first i didn't think she and Van looked alike but i am starting to see more of a resemblance as time goes on. She is smiling and laughing a lot at us now and holds her head up really well. She can even stand up and hold herself up. I feel like these (almost) 4 months have gone by so fast. I regret that we didn't take enough pictures of her in the hospital when she was still little. She has grown so fast. It seems like Van was tiny for so long.

Lucky for me, Van is great company. He is so talkative these days and sometimes I really think he understands me and talks back. Some of the words we have clearly heard him say are thank you, Lyza, hello, bye, yeah....he is a little tornado and leaves a mess everywhere he goes, not to mention manages to climb on top of what he sets his mind to, unless i stop him first. I could seriously just watch him all day. We also took some cute shots of Van and Lyza on Easter.
