We have a new addition in the family...in just a few short years we are now a family of 4. Lyza Bromley was born December 22, 2009 at 3:23 am. We went in the morning of dec 21 to be induced. Her due date was in 1 week and I was sooooo pregnant so being induced sounded like a nice christmas gift to myself. However Ms Lyza was not quite lined up with my pelvis and facing my right hip. After several hours of labor (17), a lot of pitocin, a lot of anestesia, some vomiting, crying, and nausea, 3 cathiters, 45 minutes of pushing, and finally a C-section.... she was born. My doctor, after doing everything he thought possible to deliver her vaginally, decided she was stuck and quite possibly bigger than we were all expecting. Van, her big brother, was 7'3 oz at 38 weeks. She was a whopping 9 lbs 1.8 oz, with huge cute cheeks but very cute and dainty hands and feet.
